Several new high rise projects are starting to sell units at the end of the month. Las Vegas Central has been doing a lot of ppc advertising for the last year on the different search engines. Their hook was a condo on the strip starting at 149k. Las Vegas Central condos should start selling next month so it should be interesting to see how long those prices last and if the project actually does get built.
