Ardiente, Centex first retirement community

Centex homes has just entered what was traditionally Del Webb's domain, with their first entry into the booming active adult housing market. The community is called Ardiente and will be located in the vacinity of Aliante, a large master planned community in North Las Vegas. Previews will be available in the fall of this year according to Centex. Ardiente community details are a little lacking at the moment, but all Ardiente homes will be single story according to Centex.
