High Rise Construction Update

Just a quick note about the Las Vegas high rise market. Turnberry Towers announced that construction has reached the top of the East tower. The tower should be completed by Spring of 2007 with construction on the West tower to be completed by spring of 2008.

Construction has commenced on the Juhl downtown. Construction crews have started pouring the foundation in a series of concrete pours. Juhl offers over 100 different floor plan combinations. Construction should be completed by spring of 2008. It seems spring is going to bring more that just flowers in the desert.
