Club Renaissance

Downtown Las Vegas has another project to add to the increasingly lenghthy list, Club Renaissance. Club Renaissance is an entry level project, targeted towards the "young, hip" crowd of twenty somethings who want to live in a luxury project but can't afford to shell out a few million for a penthouse. The units start in the high 100's to low 200's. Information about Club Renaissance is pretty scarce, the developer hasn't released any floor plans or a building layout as of yet.
