W Las Vegas
Starwood hotels in a joint venture with Edge Resorts, is going forward with W Las Vegas. The upscale property will be built in the Harmon corridor on a huge 21 acre parcel.
The entire project is project to cost 1.7 billion dollars, so far W Las Vegas has landed $232.5 million worth of pre-development financing from Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking.
W Las Vegas has not released any floor plans at this time, but they are planning to have over 3,000 hotel and residential units. The property will also boast over 10 nightclubs and restaurants, a 75,000 square foot casino, spa and gym, retail space and over 300,000 square feet of meeting space. Reservations are being taken at this time.
