Desert Shores Condos

The community of Desert Shores is probably one of the most popular master planned communities in Las Vegas. The lakes there are home to migrant fowl, residents may fish or boat right in their own backyard. So its no wonder that the apartments there are being converted into condominiums - Desert Shores Villas. Residents of these Desert Shores condos will have full access to all of the community amenities, and with condo prices starting the mid 100,000's they will be selling out quickly. Unfortunately the builder doesn't offer many upgrades. Buyers will get a unit with just the basics. Any additional upgrades will have to be done by a third party contractor. However, with the amenities available to residents I don't think that it will adversely effect sales or resales down the road.
