When other developers are pulling the plug on their projects, the Noteware Development is charging full steam ahead. They have developed projects in Puerto Rico, Arizona and California. In building
Brickwater condos, they are targeting East coast transplants with the first Las Vegas brick condominium building. The community will feature the typical luxury amenities, like a resort style pool, conference and meeting rooms, additional storage and covered parking.
The project will be built in two phases, with the first phase to be completed by early 2008. Brickwater will offer five floor plans, from one to three bedrooms and will be located south of the Las Vegas Outlet Mall, just one block from Las Vegas Boulevard.
