Queensridge Condos

This project has beatened the odds. Originally named Versailles, it was due to be constructed back in 1998. After several years of changes and a name change, its finally being built. One Queensridge place will have a total of four buildings, three 18 story high rises and one 14 story. The Queensridge towers will be finished in an art noveau style, reminiscent of old world French and Italian design. The interior and exterior will feature a lot of intricate designs, wrought iron and stone work. Queensridge condos started at $1 million for a basic unit. Currently there are over 40 different floor plans available.

Queensridge penthouses are priced starting at $4 million. Most units are "walk thru" condos, meaning they run the length of the building, making for very few corridors in the interior. Penthouses also have express elevator access. For more information about the Queensridge tower project, please feel free to email Jacqulyn at mailto:info@lvrealty.net?subject=Queensridge.

I've also added pages on two older communities in the Las Vegas valley, Painted Desert and Stallion Mountain. Painted Desert is a golf course community in the northwest built back in the later 80's early 90's. Its a small community in the center of the golf course. It features homes, condos and villas with views of the course and surrounding mountains. Stallion Mountain is a newer project off of E Flamingo by Sunrise Manor. It also has homes and condos with some new construction by Pulte homes.
