17th and Vine

17th and Vine has now started to actively recruit realtors to market their property. The property will be mixed use and is considered a mid to low rise building. 17th and Vine will consist of 10 buildings, each a mere 4 stories tall. Designed after the "urban village" theme, there will be plenty of retail space in the project. There will be 3 phases with build out due sometime in 2007.

**Update

The project name has been changed to Stephanie Village and a new developer has taken over.

Hue lofts at the art district

Yet another loft project is coming to downtown Las vegas. The Hue Lofts will be located in the "art district" of downtown, on the corner of Charleston and Third street. The building will be 38 stories tall, featuring the work of local artists. Details are still a bit sketchy. Last weekend Jacqulyn attended a free concert thanks to some of her new clients. The Steve Miller band was playing in Costa Mesa. Some band members have purchased condos here in town and were gracious enough to provide some free concert tickets and back stage passes. The show was terrific, ending with an encore performance of "the Joker". Some people call me the space cowboy..... :) If you want more information on H.u.e., please feel free to contact my wife, Jacqulyn, at info@lvrealty.net. Hope everyone had a safe and happy fourth of July weekend. As an early birthday present to myself, this weekend I'm going on a mini vacation to Utah to visit my brother.

Happy blogging! :)

Ivana Las Vegas

While Donald Trump has been touting his new high rise as the biggest and brightest, his ex-wife, Ivana has her own ideas. Ivana Trump has been brought on board to the Summit project, now renamed Ivana. Ivana will be taller than Trump's tower, a full 73 stories, making it the second tallest building in Las Vegas. Units will be released in blocks, offering buyers a better selection of units. For more information on Ivana condos, contact Jacqulyn Richey.
